Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end travel and event logistics for hosted guests and speakers in Porto Alegre. You will oversee ticketing, accommodation, and on-site support, ensuring smooth experiences and strong relationships with VIP attendees.

The role requires coordinating with suppliers, managing costs, and delivering high-quality service while traveling as needed to events in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Public Relations, Executive Secretariat, Events, or related fields.
• Previous experience in travel agencies or corporate travel/events.
• Comfortable using data management tools and spreadsheets.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to travel.
