Uma empresa líder no setor de pesquisa clínica está buscando um estagiário para o cargo de Estágio em Client Services em São Paulo. O candidato ideal deve estar cursando Administração ou áreas relacionadas, ter habilidades básicas em Excel, comunicação assertiva e inglês intermediário. O estágio oferece um horário das 09h às 16h e benefícios como vale-transporte e assistência médica. Esta oportunidade é híbrida, com 4 dias on-site.

Qualificações

• Cursando um bacharelado em Administração, Marketing ou áreas afins.
• Graduação prevista para junho de 2027.
• Disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida em São Paulo.

Responsabilidades

• Apoiar atendimento ao cliente de primeira linha via telefone/email.
• Analisar informações de mercado.
• Ajudar na elaboração de relatórios fiscais anuais.

Join to apply for the Estágio em Client Services role at IQVIA.

Responsibilities:

• First-level customer support via phone/email to resolve queries related to IQVIA solutions.
• Analyze market information.
• Assist with annual fiscal reports for the country.
• Support database maintenance for suppliers as needed.
• Assist in training clients on IQVIA's portfolio as required.

Requisites:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Expected graduation from June/2027.
• Basic knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Intermediate English skills (reading/writing).
• Assertive communication, analytical, and proactive profile.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo/Capital (4 days on-site).

Internship hours: 09:00 to 16:00.
