Job Title - Microsoft Intune and MDM Specialist 100% Presencial: (no escritório do Parque da Cidade - Av. das Nações Unidas SP).

Role Summary The Senior Analyst, Intune & MDM Specialist is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf. This role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. The position focuses on policy implementation, platform stability, automation, and issue resolution, contributing to a consistent and high-quality end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Jamf platforms to ensure stable and reliable endpoint management services
• Implement and manage device configuration, compliance policies, and application deployments across supported platforms
• Maintain endpoint management standards, including policy structure, assignments, and configuration consistency
• Support device enrollment and provisioning processes across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
• Manage Windows Autopilot and support Apple enrollment processes in alignment with enterprise standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve enrollment, provisioning, policy, and application deployment issues
• Support implementation of endpoint security controls in partnership with Security and IAM teams
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, scripting, or APIs to improve efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Deskside, Security, Network, IAM, and application teams to resolve cross-functional issues
• Participate in escalation support, planned changes, and after-hours activities as required
• Contribute to continuous improvement of endpoint management services and operational practices

Key Deliverables

• Intune and Jamf platforms maintained with stable, supportable, and well-documented configurations.
• Device enrollment and provisioning workflows maintained for supported endpoint platforms, with recurring issues identified and remediated.
• Configuration and compliance policies implemented, reviewed regularly, and aligned to organizational standards and security requirements.
• Endpoint management reporting maintained and published regularly, covering enrollment, compliance, policy health, and deployment outcomes.
• Root cause analysis completed for recurring endpoint management issues, with corrective actions implemented to reduce operational risk.
• Automation solutions developed and maintained to improve efficiency, consistency, and scale across endpoint management operations.

Required Experience

• Advanced English: C1 or C2
• 5+ years in IT with strong focus on endpoint management, mobile device management, and enterprise desktop support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Windows endpoint management and modern device management concepts; macOS management and troubleshooting; iOS/Android management concepts and enterprise controls; Microsoft Intune administration and policy management; Jamf administration and Apple endpoint management
• Strong experience with modern endpoint tooling, including: Microsoft Intune (policy, compliance, configuration, applications, reporting); Windows Autopilot Entra ID device identity concepts; Jamf (device management, profiles, policies, compliance posture); Apple Business Manager and/or Apple enrollment concepts

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced PowerShell skills, including automation, troubleshooting, reporting, and API/Graph integration.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining Intune configuration, compliance, and application deployment policies in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience supporting Jamf administration and Apple endpoint management in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with device enrollment, provisioning, and policy assignment strategies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
