Your impact

This position will lead the design and development of technological equipment innovations in Brazil. This critical position will be responsible for defining the requirements and specifications of a project, as well as coordinating and executing project plans. This role will also provide technical and agronomic validation criteria for all products, while establishing the schedule and development of all new product launches through the current dealer network. Additionally, this role will provide technical leadership for product support activities, as well as the field research required to demonstrate product value.

Your experience and qualifications

- Lead the execution of product development, ensuring that products are delivered to the market that meet customer needs, profitability goals and high quality;
- Lead the NPI Process, introducing new products to the market smoothly;
- Work with supply chain to define suppliers and analyze the best cost/quality approach according to the technical needs of each project.
- Assist the Sales/Marketing team in promoting the product, providing tools, data and support as needed to introduce the product to the market
- Assist the Product Support team with technical information and tools for manuals and training materials as needed;
- Design, release and review 3D models and 2D drawings;
- Lead and execute lab and field testing, validation and approve final results;
- Utilize project management, engineering and quality tools to manage and control projects.

- Degree Agronomy or Engineering

- Availabilty to travel (50%)

- Fluent English
- Experience with product design and/or testing, project management, with solid field experience.
- Experience with 3D modeling and 2D drafting software (CreO preferred);
- Solid knowledge of the complete development life cycle of mechanical/electronic products, equipment or machine systems
