What you'll do:

1. Lead and manage a backend development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
4. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the team's capabilities.
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
6. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.

What you'll need:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing backend development teams.
3. Experience with backend development using Java.
4. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
9. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
10. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
