TSYS Servicos de Transacoes Electronicas Ltda is seeking an experienced Lead Cloud Architect to design enterprise-scale cloud solutions and drive multi-cloud strategies. You will define adoption frameworks, govern IaC practices, and mentor engineers across teams.

You will lead complex migrations, optimize performance and costs, manage incidents, and collaborate with product and security stakeholders to align cloud architecture with business goals.

Description du poste

• Lead Cloud Architecture Design: Architect complex, enterprise-scale cloud solutions that align with business goals and technical strategy. Define cloud adoption frameworks, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Strategic Cloud Planning: Drive cloud transformation initiatives, including migration planning, modernization, and multi-cloud strategies. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption paths.
• Governance and Compliance Oversight: Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, including cost management, security, and operational standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Lead code reviews, design sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Advanced Automation and DevOps Integration: Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices across teams.
• Performance and Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud workloads for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Implement monitoring and observability strategies using advanced tooling.
• Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis: Lead resolution of critical incidents and conduct post-mortems to prevent recurrence. Develop and refine incident response protocols.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and security teams to align cloud solutions with organizational objectives. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Expected to be able to address complex challenges and develop effective solutions with both internal experts and external stakeholders. Work requires clear and detailed communication, including gathering functional requirements and preparing comprehensive reports.
