Wise in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an Employer Brand Partner to shape local EVP and attract top talent across the Americas. You will partner with local teams to tailor strategies that reflect Wise’s mission and culture, while supporting global employer brand initiatives.

You will monitor market trends, craft local messaging, manage campaigns, events, and ambassador programs, and report results to stakeholders. Fluent English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualificações

  • Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Branding.
  • Deep understanding of the São Paulo and Americas talent market and drivers for local professionals.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate a global organisation locally.
  • Strong analytical skills, data storytelling and budget justification.
  • Proven multi-project management with tight deadlines.
  • Not a designer, but good sense of digital marketing visuals.
  • Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), employee sentiment platforms (e.g. Glassdoor).
  • Fluent English speaker.

Responsabilidades

  • Create a localised employer brand strategy and deliver initiatives including briefs, content, awards, partnerships.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop a community event strategy to attract top talent.
  • Develop local messaging and EVP resonating with audiences about culture and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report campaign metrics; review hiring challenges with stakeholders.
  • Identify and support local employer brand ambassadors for blogs, videos, and brand outreach.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to support campaigns; manage global projects with the team.

The Employer Brand Partner serves as the strategic link between the Global Employer Brand team and the local market. You will act as a partner to local teams to understand their hiring needs and create bespoke strategies to attract top talent in the market. You will ensure that our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is local, authentic, and effective in the São Paulo and Americas market, as well as support global employer brand initiatives and projects.

Localised responsibilities
  • Partner with local teams to understand local hiring challenges
  • Stay ahead of the São Paulo and Americas talent landscape - what competitors are offering, the perception of the Wise employer brand in the marketplace and expectations of local candidates
  • Create a compelling, localised employer brand strategy and deliver initiatives including developing creative briefs, creating content, award strategy and partnerships
  • Work closely with local stakeholders to develop a community event strategy to attract top talent that supports our hiring efforts
  • Develop local messaging and employee value proposition that resonates with local audiences that showcases our culture, career opportunities and what it really feels like to work at Wise
  • Monitor and report on campaign metrics - hold regular check-ins with key stakeholders to review hiring challenges, evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust accordingly
  • Identify and support local employer brand ambassadors to feature in blogs, videos, and expand our reach via our brand ambassadors programme
Global responsibilities
  • Partner with functions such as Product and Engineering teams to support their campaigns or strategies
  • Manage global projects such as our employer brand messaging and work collaboratively with other members of the employer brand team, and other teams, on global employer brand initiatives
Qualifications
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing or Branding;
  • Deep understanding of the São Paulo and Americas talent market and the specific drivers for local professionals (e.g., benefits, work-life balance, tech stack);
  • Ability to build trust and influence with senior stakeholders and to navigate a global organisation in a local context;
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to tell a story and justify spend;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines;
  • While you may not be a designer, you have a strong sense of what "good" looks like in digital marketing;
  • Experienced in social media management (including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), employee sentiment platforms (e.g. Glassdoor);
  • Fluent English speaker.
