We are seeking an Email Marketer to create and execute email marketing campaigns. This role involves designing email content, managing subscriber lists, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to optimize email marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

1. Segment email list based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
2. Write compelling email copy and design appealing templates that drive conversions.
3. Create drip email sequences that deliver relevant content to subscribers based on their stage in the customer journey.
4. Conduct AB tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs.
5. Implement strategies to grow email subscriber list organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives.
6. Regularly clean and maintain email list to remove inactive subscribers and ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.
7. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
8. Track key email marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
9. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for optimization.
10. Generate detailed reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in email marketing.
2. Proficiency with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.
3. Strong copywriting and editing skills.
4. Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
5. Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
6. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization.
7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
8. Ability to work during U.S. hours (PT/ET).
9. Experience with E-Commerce is a plus.
