What You’ll Be Doing
The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Specialist rolewill unfold in two high-impact phases:
1. Attracting Quality Doctors to Underserved Communities
You'll work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to the regions where they are needed most. This includes identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
2. Helping Doctors Build Their Practice and Patient Base
Once doctors are placed, you'll lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing. Your work will help them launch with confidence, build a steady flow of patients, and establish long-term relationships.
