Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist (Remote) to join our growing digital marketing team at High Tide.

In this role, you’ll support the execution of email and SMS campaigns across High Tide’s diverse portfolio of brands, including Canna Cabana, FABCBD, Grasscity, Daily High Club, and more, reaching customers throughout North America and Europe.

This is a unique opportunity to join High Tide, one of the largest cannabis companies in the world, as we reshape the future of retail, e-commerce, and digital brands. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about email marketing, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to contribute to a high-performance team.

Responsibilities
  • Execute email and SMS campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands, focusing on customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Assist with building and managing automated email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) and segmenting audiences using Klaviyo.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue) and collaborate with the team to implement optimizations.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and paid media teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned and executed smoothly.
  • Support the creation of email copy by providing feedback to copywriters and writing copy as needed.
  • Contribute to weekly reporting on key email marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Support the management of the email campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and aligned with business goals.
  • Use customer data to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and optimize email flows.
  • Work remotely during Toronto hours (9-5:30pm EST), collaborating with teams across different time zones.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting) is a must.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Experience turning insights into actionable improvements to enhance campaign performance and engagement.
  • Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with paid media, or experience in lifestyle or wellness brands.
