About the Role

As an Educational Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth within your assigned territory by developing new opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

You will work closely with schools, educational groups, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.

Success in this role requires a strong customer-facing mindset, commercial acumen, resilience, and the ability to build long-term partnerships in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy aligned with business objectives.


• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational leaders and key stakeholders.


• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.


• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored educational solutions.


• Manage the full sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion of opportunities.

Preferred

• Experience in Education, ELT, EdTech, Publishing, or Learning Solutions.


• Familiarity with the Brazilian education sector.


• Experience selling complex solutions, services, or subscription-based products.


• Existing network within educational institutions.
