Job summary

Futurum Space Pte. Ltd. in Região Norte, Brazil, seeks an experienced educator to lead teaching plans and research, and to supervise a teaching team to enhance learning quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute teaching plans and research to enhance teaching quality.
• Design and oversee development of teaching courses and resources to meet learners' needs.
• Manage and train the teaching team to ensure professional knowledge and teaching skills.
• Supervise teaching effectiveness assessment and feedback, adjust plans and methods promptly.
• Participate in educational research and teaching reform to improve teaching standards across the school.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Three or more years of relevant work experience, with prior classroom teaching experience required.
• Preference given to candidates with teaching management experience, particularly those with MOE (Ministry of Education) school management experience.
• Familiarity with educational theories and methods, with preference given to candidates with experience in educational research or teaching reform.

Working Hours:

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
