Zusammenfassung

DigAI is seeking an Educational Coordinator to guide a team of teachers and teaching assistants, support their growth, and strengthen learning outcomes. You will lead meetings, observe classes, run trainings, and manage hiring, with a focus on student success and stakeholder satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with the pedagogical team, support parents, and ensure timely onboarding and development activities, including occasional weekend commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in academic coordination or a leadership role.
• Classroom teaching experience, including teaching technology and working with teaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of technology education techniques and modern pedagogical practices.
• Ability to use educational management tools and systems for recording grades and attendance and managing classes.
• Experience with recruiting and selecting teachers and teaching assistants.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for pedagogical calendars and additional events.
• Ability to support students, parents, and guardians.
• Experience observing classes and providing constructive feedback.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to attend meetings, events, and activities during peak-demand times when needed, including weekends.
