Kaspersky Latin America is seeking a motivated Intern to support the eCommerce operations team in São Paulo. You will gain hands-on experience with online store processes, D2C sales, marketplaces, and digital channels, focusing on performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.

This internship offers exposure to product listings, order tracking, campaign execution with marketing, and dashboards to analyze store performance.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled as a student (3rd semester or above) in related fields.
• Interest in technology, eCommerce, and cybersecurity.
• Advanced English (reading and writing).
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with product listings and updates on the eCommerce platform (pricing, descriptions, images, licenses, etc.).
• Support in order tracking, license key delivery, and customer inquiries.
• Help execute promotional and commercial campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Monitor the user journey on our online store and suggest improvements.
• Generate simple reports and dashboards to analyze store performance (sales, conversion rates, top-selling products, etc.).
• Support communication with logistics partners, payment gateways, and global teams.

We are looking for a motivated Intern to support the eCommerce operations team at Kaspersky Latin America. You will gain hands-on experience with our online store processes, direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, marketplaces, and digital channels - with a focus on performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.
Location: São Paulo (Hybrid model)
Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with product listings and updates on the eCommerce platform (pricing, descriptions, images, licenses, etc.);
• Support in order tracking, license key delivery, and customer inquiries;
• Help execute promotional and commercial campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team;
• Monitor the user journey on our online store and suggest improvements;
• Generate simple reports and dashboards to analyze store performance (sales, conversion rates, top-selling products, etc.);
• Support communication with logistics partners, payment gateways, and global teams.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a student (3rd semester or above) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Interest in technology, eCommerce, and cybersecurity;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Well-organized and deadline-oriented;
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
• Advanced English (reading and writing).
