Digital Content Creator

READY TO CREATE CONTENT THAT MAKES AN IMPACT?

We're seeking a creative digital storyteller who can bring social media strategies to life through engaging content. From crafting compelling social posts to developing email campaigns, you'll help purpose-driven organizations connect with their audiences and amplify their impact.

Must submit a content portfolio for review to be considered.

DETAILS:

• Part to full-time position
• Hybrid position based in Utica, NY
• Must provide own computer and secure internet
• Occasional local travel required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create engaging social media content for multiple clients across various platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
• Manage and maintain social media content calendars
• Write copy for email marketing campaigns
• Assist with content creation across various mediums (blogs, newsletters, etc.)
• Support development of marketing materials
• Help maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with team members on content strategy execution
• Monitor social media engagement and community interaction
• Assist with basic reporting and content performance tracking

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of content creation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Basic understanding of social media best practices
• Experience with content scheduling tools
• Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, etc.)

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

• Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio
• Content scheduling platforms
• Graphic design experience preferred
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• G-Suite applications
• Project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
