Content Creator
ACCOUNTABILITY

The role of Content Creator is a dynamic storyteller responsible for shaping the voice, visuals, and digital presence of three interconnected brands: Stoney Creek Hotels, Roble Creative, and Embergrove Hospitality. This role blends strategic content development, social media management, marketing communications, and graphic design to drive engagement, promote brand consistency, and support growth across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is skilled at translating brand values into compelling content. From managing social media calendars and writing email campaigns to designing eye-catching visuals and developing digital marketing assets, the Content Creator is both creative and analytical. Success in this role requires strong writing and design skills, marketing acumen, and a passion for multi-platform storytelling.

This is a position that provides the opportunity to lead innovative content initiatives and digital strategies that support marketing, hospitality, and client-facing efforts across the Embergrove portfolio.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms. Build engaging, brand-aligned campaigns that grow following and drive community interaction. Monitor trends, performance, and engagement metrics to optimize strategies.

Content Creation & Copywriting – Write clear, concise, and engaging content for digital platforms, including blog posts, website updates, email campaigns, and social media captions. Ensure all messaging reflects brand voice and aligns with campaign goals.

Email Marketing – Design and write email marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences. Create templates, develop automations, and track performance to inform future content decisions.

Visual Design – Support marketing needs with graphic design assets for web, social media, digital advertising, and print. Maintain visual consistency across all content while working within established brand guidelines.

Collaboration & Campaign Support – Partner with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met.

Brand Stewardship – Uphold and adapt brand messaging and visual identity across all content. Identify new opportunities for brand storytelling while ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency.

As Content Creator, you are responsible for the end-to-end creation and management of content that brings our brands to life. You must be proactive, organized, and results-driven, with a clear understanding of how content influences audience behavior. This role requires juggling multiple deadlines and balancing creativity with strategy. You will represent our voice and visual identity across all digital channels.

You should demonstrate initiative in staying up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Your ability to think creatively, write compellingly, and execute efficiently will play a central role in advancing Embergrove’s marketing efforts.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required.

Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in email marketing, blog writing, or digital storytelling

Knowledge of best practices for print, web, social, and email design and the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across multiple formats

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with social media trends, email platforms, and responsive design

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged computer use; ability to sit for extended periods
