We are now seeking skilled and enthusiastic content creators to join our team!

This is a completely flexible, entirely remote, part-time role that can be worked from anywhere in the world!

What this role is responsible for:

• Work with the Head of IB Content and Product Manager & the Head of IB Chemistry Content to develop IB-style practice questions and solutions in alignment with provided specifications.
• Develop video explanations for IB-style questions in accordance with the specifications.
• Maintain an expert understanding of IB Curriculum requirements and subject-specific pedagogy, with a strong willingness to learn curriculum and video development intricacies.
• Respond positively to feedback from the Head of Chemistry Content, refining content accordingly.
• Measure product performance using agreed metrics and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.

How you’ll know you’re crushing it:

• Meeting deadlines and quality standards for IB content creation.

What skills and experience you’ll need:

• Proficiency in IB Chemistry content.
• IB Chemistry teaching and/or tutoring experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines.
• Content development skills and experience with the IB Curriculum are preferred but not essential.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a small, fast-paced team.
• Strong interpersonal skills for problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
• A passion for personal development and hard work, with openness to mentorship and collaboration in a dynamic environment.
