Role Overview

The Technical Support II, IT Operations, is responsible for daily production tasks and providing advanced support for multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support.

Location

This is an onsite position in Sao Paulo.

Responsibilities
  1. Support project implementation
  2. Manage endpoint security applications for compliance
  3. Utilize BigFix
  4. Develop automation scripts
  5. Provide remote support
  6. Perform field support
  7. Manage equipment control via SCCM and Active Directory
  8. Maintain inventory control
  9. Install equipment for new accounts or projects
  10. Configure equipment
  11. Resolve incidents according to SLA
  12. Ensure safety and repair of computer equipment
  13. Perform maintenance of computer equipment
Candidate Profile
  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  2. Located in Sao Paulo
  3. Intermediate English level
  4. 2-4 years of relevant experience
  5. Ability to meet timelines on deliverables
  6. Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS network configuration
  7. Knowledge of PC maintenance
  8. Experience managing DNS and Active Directory
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
