The Role

We are seeking a proactive senior accountant responsible for reporting monthly trial balances, performing accounts reconciliations, reviewing journal entries, ensuring accurate integration and analysis, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports for corporate offices. The role includes managing GL, AR, and AP reconciliations, supporting FP&A requests, and adhering to corporate guidelines and principles, with experience in Local and USGAAP.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual trial balances in accordance with local and USGAAP guidelines, including account reconciliations using FloQast.
• Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle, Totvs, and Cognos.
• Supervise external accounting firms to meet internal deadlines and ensure tax compliance.
• Collaborate with local management, sales, operations, C2C, P2P, and FP&A teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with IFRS, USGAAP, and local currency accounting.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with a positive attitude and strong interaction skills across all organizational levels.
• Expertise in accounting, finance, and Excel.
