ROLE CONTEXT

As Digital Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of our D2C digital business. You will oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of the D2C channel, including commercial performance, logistics, payments, customer service, agency management, and system integrations. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines data acumen with business leadership and executional excellence.

You will ensure that our digital operations run efficiently and profitably—while supporting the strategic goals of our digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

S&OP and Demand Planning

• Lead the sales and operations planning (S&OP) for The-Bar, aligning forecasts, orders, volume, and commercial targets.
• Work closely with supply, finance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and sell-out goals.

Budget & Investment Management

• Manage the D2C budget, including Trade Spend (TS) and A&P investments.
• Plan, execute, and track monthly investments, ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and transparency of spending.

Internal Reporting

• Build and update internal dashboards for key metrics like sales, sell-out, stock levels, inventory, and order performance.
• Track performance across both flagship and marketplace channels, ensuring reliable data for decision-making.

External Reporting & Insights

• Develop and maintain external reports on channel performance, KPIs, and partner service levels.
• Be the go-to person for data and insights, supporting marketing and commercial teams with actionable analysis.

Commercial & Operational Ownership

• Act as the main contact for the full-service e-commerce partner and internal teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory, payments, SAC (customer service), and checkout experience.
• Ensure KPIs are met across warehousing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

New Projects & Channel Growth

• Lead new digital projects from planning to delivery, aligned with strategic goals.
• Examples include launching exclusive products, integrating new marketplaces, or improving the shopping experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience managing the operations of a proprietary e-commerce site, including product uploads, campaign setup, banner updates, and promotions.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (marketing, tech, product) to deliver smooth and aligned digital operations.
• Experience partnering with areas like branding, CRM, performance marketing, and IT to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Hands-on knowledge of e-commerce platforms like VTEX, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Clarity).
• Experience optimizing the online shopping journey by identifying and fixing friction points in the conversion funnel.
• Strong attention to detail with experience testing site features, checkout flows, and campaigns to ensure everything works correctly—especially during peak periods.
• Analytical mindset, able to turn operational data (e.g., order errors, NPS, user behavior) into practical improvements.
