Job Description

Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you will implement brand strategy aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and achieve business objectives. You will also support profit and loss management, future business development plans, including new product development and platform opportunities.

How you will contribute

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and support the development and execution of marketing plans to meet revenue, profit, and sharing objectives, while monitoring performance. Your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning will aid in developing integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Snack Talk, our always-on content hub for Mondelēz’s main brands.
  • Support the development of owned channel strategies (social media) for the brands.
  • Create agency briefings and oversee content plan execution.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing teams and agencies to ensure integrated planning and high-quality deliverables.
  • Organize management routines for Snack Talk to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the main contact for social media governance, platform management, and social listening.
  • Develop performance reports for content analytics to share with leadership.
  • Support implementation of the Consumer 1st Party Data strategy, including lead generation campaigns and content management.
  • Assist in deploying Generative AI and automation technologies for creativity and content.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure synergy and compliance in digital initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of social media analytics, publishing platforms, and social listening tools
  • Familiarity with 1st Party Data strategies and Martech (desirable)
  • Fluent or advanced English language skills
