We are looking for your talent! Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the customer portfolio by identifying new business opportunities.

Contribute to defining sales targets, strategic planning, and execution of sales initiatives.

Prospect potential clients, conduct meetings, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Present, validate, and negotiate company products with prospective customers.

Manage and support an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing relationship management.

Collaborate with the service team to deliver comprehensive solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements to optimize sales performance.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and key technical visits.

Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (required).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Proactive mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.

Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen and project development skills.

Collaborative, results-driven, and highly committed to company culture and values.

Excellent planning, organization, and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated with a strong drive for growth and achieving ambitious goals.

Willingness to travel as required.
