Job Description: Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on a core part of our application, focusing on stability and performance, in a distributed and diverse team.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing user-focused features in the studio to enhance the recording and live-call experience.
2. Working primarily with TypeScript, React, Redux, AWS, MongoDB, and Nest.js to create and maintain microservices.
3. Designing and implementing new features, ensuring seamless integration across the platform.
4. Building real-time communication applications using cutting-edge web technologies.
5. Supporting scalability and performance in frontend and backend code deployments.
6. Rapid prototyping of ideas into MVPs using agile methodologies.
7. Collaborating with analytics tools to gather insights and inform decision-making.
8. Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and run experiments.
9. Contributing to growth strategies through technical expertise and creativity.

Qualifications that will make you stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with proficiency in React.
• Experience with MongoDB, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and AWS.
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize complex systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in English.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and ensuring high-quality code.
