Title: Senior Software Engineer in Test, Full Stack UI

Duration: Long Term

What you will be doing

1. Building and creating enterprise Test automation strategy & Road map, Capacity Planning.
2. Developing automation scripts in parallel to feature development to enable CI/CD.
3. Developing and overseeing the processes, toolsets, and staging environments necessary to support our testing strategy.
4. Assist in ongoing process improvement efforts to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting is effective and efficient.
5. Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices.
6. Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
7. Conduct code reviews and verify coding standards are met.
8. Collaborate with peer engineers in Development, QA, and Project Management.
9. Develop, analyze, and report on critical product quality metrics.
10. Automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure.
11. Assess problem statements and develop innovative solutions.
12. Work with geographically dispersed teams.

Required skills and experience

1. 12+ years of hands-on software development or tools development experience.
2. Strong experience with languages like Python, Java, or NodeJS.
3. Proficient in algorithms.
4. Knowledge of secure web development practices.
5. Working knowledge of git or other version control tools.
6. Experience in improving web application performance and testing tools.
7. Good knowledge of web application stacks and HTTP protocols.
8. Experience with CI tools like Bamboo, Jenkins, or GitLab.
9. Familiarity with web data formats like JSON, MIME, XML, HTML.
10. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
11. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
12. Understanding of security products like SWG, web proxies, or cloud security solutions.
