What we'd like to see in a candidate:

1. Strong experience in different languages and frameworks, such as Java, JavaScript (React and Node), Python, etc.
2. Versatility to learn and adapt to different languages and frameworks.
3. Ability to work with popular Python web frameworks like Django or Flask, as well as other backend frameworks like Spring Boot.
4. Knowledge in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
5. Strong expertise in AWS, including DynamoDB and Lambda.
6. Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
7. Experience working with Git and GitHub.
8. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
9. Ability to tackle both front-end and back-end tasks.
10. Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
11. Self-motivated problem solver, positive attitude, and flexibility.
12. Someone who is willing to help others, open-minded, and passionate about building products.
