A Day in the Life

SVA (Serviços com Valor Agregado) has established itself as an area that facilitates commercial negotiations by adding value, transforming client relationships, and building long-term partnerships.

As a Project Analyst for SVA, you will play a key role in delivering value to clients by driving innovative solutions and initiatives that positively impact healthcare. You will lead projects that expand access to therapies through cost-effective processes. This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end project execution aligned with client objectives, focusing on implementing new technologies, enhancing processes, optimizing costs, and expanding services.
• Develop project plans including schedules, scope, budget, and risk management, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
• Manage contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring payment flows align with contracts upon receipt of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor performance indicators, ensure quality and efficiency, and mitigate risks.
• Lead governance meetings, prepare analytical reports, and deliver executive presentations.
• Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and propose solutions to improve patient experience and healthcare operations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA or postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related fields
• Experience in healthcare, hospital process management, continuous improvement, or project management
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency in another language (preferably Spanish)
• Experience in Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC)
• Expertise in Power BI
• Knowledge of accreditation standards such as Joint Commission, WHO, ACC, SRC, ICHOM, ERAS
