Job Purpose

• Responsible for assisting in the execution of planning and control activities in projects or proposals.

Job Description

• You will work under the supervision of the Project Control Coordinator in activities related to meeting the administrative contractual requirements of Projects; more specifically:
• Compilation of the monthly measurement report and respective evidence;
• Interface with the Fiscal/Financial area for issuing billing invoices;
• Control of billing, issued invoices, and receipt;
• Support in monitoring project revenues and cash-in forecasts to compose the project's cash-in;
• Control of the project's advance balance;
• Consolidation of the Monthly Project Report, in accordance with contractual requirements;
• Control of Local Content certificates associated with issued invoices;
• Other administrative activities of the contract;

You are meant for this job if:

• Graduated in Engineering, preferably Production Engineering;
• Desirable experience with Contracts (familiarity with contract management and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements);
• Desirable experience in projects (preferably participation in projects in the oil and gas sector);
• Knowledge in Oracle/SAP andMicrosoft Office package;
• Advanced English.
