Job Description

The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's [insert specific product line] products, built on our market-leading Service Management platform that creates a single source of truth for enterprise processes.

What you get to do in this role:
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment of recommendations with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation and develop strategies by partnering with the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Coordinate with Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and team alignment based on engagement models.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational knowledge of specialty solutions to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
  • Adjust responsibilities based on territory and account team needs, celebrating successes along the way.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion to foster an open and welcoming environment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI insights, or exploring AI's industry impact.
  • 7+ years of knowledge on ROI of specialty solutions to lead solution wins.
  • Experience as an Account Executive or in similar sales/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.
