The Impact of a Digital Sales Executive at Coupa:

The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is a quota-carrying role responsible for both existing customers and new prospects, focusing on Coupa’s largest accounts. The ISR collaborates with the Account Director to develop prospects, close new accounts, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new business and account relationships
  • Engage with C-Level and Director contacts within client and target accounts
  • Generate leads through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Work with field sales to implement strategies and build pipelines
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly objectives for meetings, lead qualification, and conversions
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Coupa’s products and value proposition
  • Host product demos and tours
  • Attend customer events
  • Manage opportunities up to an ACV of $75k
  • Collaborate with AEs to develop greenfield and territory accounts
  • Support data quality initiatives

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Proven success in lead generation and sales
  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience in software
  • Experience engaging CXO-level contacts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
