The Impact of a Digital Sales Executive at Coupa

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a quota-carrying sales role serving existing customers and prospects, primarily focusing on Coupa’s largest key accounts. The ISR collaborates with the Account Director to develop new prospects, close new accounts, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop new business and expand existing accounts.
  2. Engage with C-Level and Director-level contacts within customer accounts and prospects.
  3. Generate leads through targeted outbound prospecting and calling on contact lists.
  4. Partner with the field sales team to implement sales strategies and build pipelines.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly objectives for meetings, lead qualification, opportunities, and closed deals.
  7. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Coupa’s products and value propositions.
  8. Host product demos and guided tours for customers and prospects.
  9. Attend customer events and independently manage opportunities up to $75k ACV.
  10. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop new accounts and generate pipeline.
  11. Support data quality initiatives.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
  1. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and lead generation goals.
  2. At least 2 years of inside sales experience in software.
  3. Experience engaging with CXO-level contacts.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and motivation.
  5. High energy, initiative, and professionalism.
  6. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  7. Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
  8. Bachelor’s Degree required.
