What You'll Do

We're seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Experience team, focused on streamlining delivery of web strategy and operational projects. You will work closely with members of Marketing to establish priority and planning of projects, drive transparency and accountability, and facilitate the successful delivery of projects.

This role requires a strong aptitude for business process improvements, outstanding communication skills, and a balance of collaborative leadership and influential skills. The ideal candidate is an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to influence others to produce results. The position requires the ability to effectively collaborate with business owners, process owners, subject matter experts, and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Provide project management support for web projects and production tasks in support of the strategic digital roadmap, new product introductions and other web objectives, as well as operational updates.
• Manage intake and backlog, identify project requirements and gaps, facilitate project meetings, communicate project status, and ensure on-time, accurate delivery.
• Partner with digital strategy, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business strategies and recommend capacity management to support changing needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and facilitate resolution; keep stakeholders updated on risks.
• Lead and contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiencies, and clarify processes.
• Coordinate transfer of work from project to operations and ensure ongoing support post-project.
• Enforce governance, processes, and SOPs.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, align with strategic goals, and address issues tactically.
• Experience in continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot and execute solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally.
• Business knowledge, innovative thinking, and sound judgment.
• Impact awareness of decisions on customers.
• Effective work planning, prioritization, and goal setting.

• Project management certification is a plus.
