What You'll Do

We're seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Experience team, focused on streamlining the delivery of web strategy and operational projects. You will work closely with Marketing to establish project priorities and planning, drive transparency and accountability, and facilitate successful project delivery.

This role requires a strong aptitude for business process improvements, excellent communication skills, and a balance of collaborative leadership and influence. The ideal candidate is an independent, curious self-starter with demonstrated ability to influence results. The position also demands effective collaboration with business and process owners, subject matter experts, and a high tolerance for ambiguity with a bias toward action.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Provide project management support for web projects and production tasks aligned with our digital roadmap, including new product launches and operational updates.
• Manage project intake and backlog, identify requirements and gaps, facilitate meetings, communicate project status, and ensure on-time, accurate execution.
• Collaborate with digital strategy, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business strategies and provide capacity management recommendations.
• Troubleshoot issues and facilitate resolution, keeping stakeholders informed of risks.
• Lead and contribute to continuous process improvements to streamline workflows, gain efficiencies, and clarify processes.
• Partner with team members to ensure smooth transfer of work from projects to operations and ongoing support post-project.
• Enforce governance, processes, and standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

• 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects, align them with strategic goals, and manage issues tactically.
• Proven experience in continuous process improvements to enable scaling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and implement innovative solutions.
• Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
• Sound judgment and business knowledge applied to problem-solving and opportunity pursuit.
• Ability to consider the impact of decisions on internal and external customers.
• Effective goal setting, prioritization, and planning skills to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and agility, championing change and influencing others.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; resumes must be in English.
