Job summary

Unisys is seeking a delivery manager in Brazil to independently lead small to mid-size delivery projects and ensure services meet client expectations. You will create and maintain project plans, coordinate resources, manage costs and risks, and act as the primary client contact.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available when needed, monitor team performance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 4–6 years of delivery management experience.
• English fluent (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Independently leads small to mid-size delivery management projects.
• Creates and maintains project plans, coordinating resources and identifying / managing risks.
• Manages project costs, ensuring resource effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring services are delivered in line with expectations and business requirements.
• Works with cross-functional teams to ensure the right skills are available as needed to meet project needs.
• Oversees / monitors project team performance, providing feedback and ensuring team members have the information and tools required for effective service delivery.
• May act as a subject matter expert for certain product areas.
• Ensures service quality meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Addresses and resolves issues arising within teams, with clients or otherwise related to project delivery.
• Identifies and recommends ways to optimize delivery processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
