BairesDev is seeking a Delivery Director to lead a multinational delivery team of project managers and delivery managers. You will drive agile governance, profitably manage portfolios, and ensure customer satisfaction across global accounts.

You will work 100% remotely with flexible hours, standard compensation in USD or local currency, and collaboration with a diverse, top-tier engineering talent pool.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management in software outsourcing.
• Experience managing personnel, time and budgets.
• Advanced English level.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Direct project management using agile methodologies for your portfolio.
• Collaborate with PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
• Ensure consistent HR policies in close collaboration with Px.
• Support your delivery structure and escalate issues to the VP when needed.
• Define global forecast for your project portfolio.
• Ensure your team complies with established methodologies and processes.
• Work with Account VPs to manage complex client problems.
• Maintain effective, professional communication between PMs and Customers.
• Secure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

What You Will Do:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• - 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets).
• - Customer-oriented.
• - Budget management.
• - Software Development Management experience.
• - Experience with Agile Methodologies.
• - Previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• - Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• - Advanced English level.
