We are looking for an Analyst who will report to the leader of our Data Quality to Insights - International Regions team (DQI INTL), and who’ll be tasked with acting as the owner & guardian of data quality for vehicle and PA&A (Parts, Accessories & Apparel) revenues. As part of your role, you’ll be working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business (Commercial Operations, Market Planning, Finance & IT) to ensure that we derive the greatest possible value from our data.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Implement a “single source of truth” approach to revenue data, both for sources & definitions.
• Identify, refine & implement the business rules required to deliver our data to users in an actionable format.
• Work hand in hand with commercial leaders to fill data & analytical gaps between the current state and what they require to improve their business.
• Present the strategy & tactics employed by your team to senior leadership (VP & C-Suite), keeping them informed of progress & key achievements.
• Contribute actively to the development and delivery of large scale reporting tools that drive key business decisions.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• You are an SQL Black Belt. People see you as a reference on the matter, and often seek out your help.
• You are very comfortable performing data manipulation / transformation / visualization with tools such as Power BI, Power Query, etc. Knowledge of other programming languages & ETL tools are a plus (ex: Python, Knime, Dataiku, DBT, Monte Carlo, Collibra, etc.), but don’t worry if you are not familiar with them. We’ll teach you.
• You have experience evaluating data quality and implementing strategies & tactics to improve identified weaknesses.
• You are a hard worker. BRP is a fast-paced environment. You will be challenged to go over and above, and to step outside your comfort zone.
• You have a self-starter, go-getter attitude. You’re the person who is always proposing solutions to improve things. You like learning new things and sharing your findings with others.
• You are a team player. You are easy to work with and enjoy collaborating with others.
