Case Investigator – Brazil (Data Entry Specialist with an OSINT background)

Compensation

• Budget: $500-$800 per month, depending on skillset.

About the Role

Ruvixxis is a fast-growing SaaS company providing data-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and compliance. We collaborate with global leaders like Adobe, Trimble, and Siemens to protect intellectual property and combat piracy.

We’re seeking a Case Investigator in Brazil to bridge the gap between data entry and investigative research. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and validating data to support compliance and anti-piracy efforts. You will work closely with engagement teams, building high-quality case reports that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

1. Research & Investigate – Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations to identify and verify targets.
2. Data Enrichment & Validation – Review, clean, and enhance datasets using internal tools, databases, and external sources.
3. Case Documentation & Reporting – Compile detailed reports with verified information, ensuring high accuracy.
4. Support Compliance Efforts – Provide actionable data to engagement teams for outreach and negotiations.
5. Process Optimization – Identify data inconsistencies, suggest improvements, and refine research methodologies.

Requirements

• English proficiency – must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• 1+ year experience – preferably in data entry, OSINT research, or compliance investigations.
• Tech-savvy – familiarity with databases, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and research tools.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills – ability to interpret and cross-reference multiple data points.
• Attention to detail – precision and accuracy in case documentation and data management.
• Proficiency in Excel (Google Sheets) and familiarity with open-source investigation tools.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in compliance, sales intelligence, or anti-piracy investigations.
• Comfortable handling large datasets and conducting online research.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
