Compensation

Budget: $500-$800 per month which will depend on skillset.

About the Role

Ruvixx is a fast-growing SaaS company providing data-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and compliance. We work with global leaders like Adobe, Trimble, and Siemens to protect intellectual property and combat piracy.

We’re seeking a Case Investigator in Brazil to bridge the gap between data entry and investigative research. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and validating data to support compliance and anti-piracy efforts. You will work closely with engagement teams, building high-quality case reports that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

Research & Investigate – Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations to identify and verify targets.

Data Enrichment & Validation – Review, clean, and enhance datasets using internal tools, databases, and external sources .

Case Documentation & Reporting – Compile detailed reports with verified information, ensuring high accuracy.

Support Compliance Efforts – Provide actionable data to engagement teams for outreach and negotiations.

Process Optimization – Identify data inconsistencies, suggest improvements, and refine research methodologies .

Requirements

English Proficiency – Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

1+ Year Experience – Preferably in data entry, OSINT research, or compliance investigations .

Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with databases, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and research tools .

Strong Analytical & Investigative Skills – Ability to interpret and cross-reference multiple data points .

Attention to Detail – Precision and accuracy in case documentation and data management.
