EPAM Systems Brazil is seeking a Data Delivery Manager to lead data-focused programs end-to-end, from inception to closure. You will partner with cross-functional teams and executives to bridge strategic goals with measurable delivery results.

The role requires advanced English, strong communication, and extensive experience in data architecture, Tableau dashboards, and AWS cloud services. You will drive governance, risk mitigation, and performance metrics across multiple streams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of IT experience across varied projects and settings.
• At least 2 years in Lead/Manager/Coordinator capacities.
• 2+ years guiding teams of 5 or more members.
• Involvement in full-cycle projects or product releases.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and data-centric delivery experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau and AWS cloud services.
• Solid data architecture concepts including data modeling.

We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to become part of our team.

In this position, you will be a key driver behind data-focused initiatives, guiding the successful completion of complex programs from inception to closure. You will partner with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to bridge strategic ambitions with tangible delivery results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs and make sure they support overall business priorities
• Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results across every stage of the project
• Develop solid connections with stakeholders and serve as the central contact for all delivery-related topics
• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure progress and uphold delivery quality
• Spot risks and interdependencies in advance and craft mitigation plans to keep efforts on schedule
• Champion best practices and ongoing enhancements within delivery procedures and team operations
• Enable smooth communication between engineering groups, business representatives, and executive leadership
• Plan and assign resources thoughtfully across multiple streams of work to honor delivery commitments
• Coach and support team members, cultivating a cooperative and high-achieving work atmosphere
• Deliver consistent reporting and clear updates on delivery progress, key milestones, and outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience gained across varied projects and settings
• At least 2 years operating in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
• 2+ years guiding teams of no fewer than 5 members
• Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects, or experience releasing a product or major product feature to market
• Strong foundation in project administration, covering planning, tracking, and progress reporting
• Proven expertise in handling data and overseeing data-centric initiatives
• Practical grasp of data architecture concepts, including data modeling and system integration
• Proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards, reports, and visual analytics
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services for supporting data and infrastructure requirements
• Solid command of the SDLC and the ability to apply it within delivery activities
• Exceptional communication abilities, with skill in engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written English at an Advanced level

Nice to have

• Understanding of Data Governance fundamentals, including data quality, ownership, and compliance practices
• Background in SAP BW for enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence purposes
