EPAM Systems Brazil seeks a SAP MDM/MDG Developer to strengthen data governance and migration initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technical partners to ensure master data accuracy and readiness across systems and workflows.

Responsibilities include overseeing governance workflows for multiple master data domains, ensuring correct EBX use, and driving data quality, enrichment, and end-to-end migration activities. Strong cross-functional communication is essential.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of practical, applied experience with SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance.
• Solid familiarity with master data areas such as Business Partner, Material, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Hands-on background using EBX or comparable master data governance platforms.
• Clear understanding of data quality management fundamentals, including how to define and track KPIs.
• Track record of directing or facilitating large-scale data migration efforts.
• Working knowledge of reconciliation approaches and controls in data environments.

We're currently seeking a SAP MDM/MDG Developer to strengthen our team. This position is central to how we manage master data governance and migration initiatives, calling for tight cooperation with a diverse group of business and technical partners. You'll take on an important responsibility in guaranteeing that master data remains accurate, consistent, and prepared throughout our systems and workflows. For candidates with solid SAP master data expertise who thrive when orchestrating multifaceted, cross-team projects, this position presents a valuable chance to drive real, lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance workflows spanning Business Partner, Material, Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and additional master data areas
• Guarantee EBX is used correctly alongside sanctioned procedures for creating and sustaining master data
• Establish data quality KPIs and track them consistently to gauge ongoing effectiveness
• Manage cleansing and enrichment efforts to uphold elevated data quality benchmarks
• Direct comprehensive data migration efforts spanning every BORA stream from start to finish
• Verify that migration requirements stay consistent with functional design specifications and SAP setup
• Manage mapping activities that connect source and target systems across various functional areas
• Confirm consistency between Atlas, SAP ECC, EBX, and SAP S/4HANA data architectures
• Craft the approach to reconciliation and put necessary controls into place
• Verify successful completion of financial, master data, and operational reconciliation processes
• Direct migration-related work during cutover phases, encompassing dress rehearsals and simulated migration runs
• Take part in Cutover Command Centre operations while tracking migration-related risks throughout go-live
• Function as the key liaison connecting the Global MDM Team, Brazil MDM Team, BORA Functional Streams, Atlas Teams, Data Migration Team, DT&A, Business Process Owners, and PMO
• Draft leadership-facing updates and governance summaries, conveying risks, obstacles, dependencies, and mitigation approaches
• Lead sessions and workshops geared toward driving key decisions among stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical, applied experience with SAP Master Data Management and Master Data Governance
• Solid familiarity with master data areas such as Business Partner, Material, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Hands‑on background using EBX or comparable master data governance platforms
• Clear understanding of data quality management fundamentals, including how to define and track KPIs
• Track record of directing or facilitating large‑scale data migration efforts
• Strong familiarity with data structures within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Background in validating source‑to‑target mapping and data transformation processes
• Working knowledge of reconciliation approaches and controls applicable to financial and master data
• Experience assisting with cutover planning, dress rehearsal exercises, and go‑live support
• Solid stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working across international, cross‑functional groups
• Strong communication skills, capable of producing executive‑ready reports and running workshops
• Sharp analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with close attention to detail
• Advanced English proficiency, at C1 level or above
• Nice to have Background working in retail, consumer goods, or related industry verticals
• Working knowledge of Atlas platforms and how they connect with SAP systems
• Exposure to SIT, UAT, and Dress Rehearsal testing phases within extensive migration initiatives
• Understanding of audit and compliance obligations tied to data migration work
