EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation projects with focus on eCommerce platforms and CMS solutions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable specifications and drive results.

Candidates should have 3+ years in business analysis for digital initiatives, strong Agile background, and hands-on experience with CMS tools and eCommerce platforms. The role involves global teams and diverse projects.

Qualificações

• Experience with SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify or CommerceTools.
• Familiar with CMS tools like Contentful, Contentstack or WordPress.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate goals into functional and technical specs.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to improve workflows.
• Ensure alignment with Architects, developers, UX, PMs and product owners.
• Document existing systems and data flows to identify improvements.
• Create user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Shape roadmaps for digital transformation initiatives and ensure scalability.
• Perform risk assessments and communicate impact of changes to stakeholders.
• Organize workshops and meetings to gather feedback and deliver progress.
• Assist during testing phases with UAT and QA verification.

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in digital transformation projects, especially within eCommerce and Content Management Systems (CMS). This position involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven projects that support business growth and digital innovation. The successful candidate will show a proven history of collecting and interpreting business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring project success in fast-paced, changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct the analysis and documentation of business requirements for digital transformation projects, focusing on eCommerce platforms or CMS solutions
• Work with essential stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors, to understand business goals and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Carry out comprehensive process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to improve digital workflows, customer journeys, and business operations
• Ensure business objectives and technology solutions remain aligned by collaborating closely with Solution Architects, developers, UX designers, project managers, and product owners
• Examine and document existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas ready for improvement or automation
• Guide the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for projects within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Help shape and contribute to the roadmap of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalability, performance, and user experience stay optimized
• Carry out risk assessments and clearly communicate the potential impact of changes to stakeholders
• Organize workshops, presentations, and meetings to gather feedback, align on project goals, and deliver continuous progress updates
• Assist during testing phases, verifying that business requirements are fulfilled through detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree considered a plus)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on digital transformation projects
• Considerable experience with eCommerce platforms, such as SAP Commerce, Magento, Shopify, or CommerceTools
• Familiarity with CMS tools, including Contentful, Contentstack, WordPress, or similar systems
• Proven track record leading requirements gathering for complex systems and delivering clear, actionable specifications
• Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in an Agile project environment
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to convert data into insights that guide business decisions
• Skilled in business process modeling, BPMN, and workflow diagrams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to excel in fast-paced environments
• Good English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with experience communicating directly with customers
