Jobtailor seeks an experienced TOTVS RM specialist to develop and customize system solutions within the RM ecosystem, focusing on the Labore, Chronus and Vitae modules. You will translate complex business rules into precise formulas and designs, build RM reports, and ensure data integrity through advanced SQL and metadata-driven data dictionaries.

You will collaborate in agile teams, working with Visual Formulas, Output Generator layouts, and Fluig BPMN processes to deliver end-to-end solutions

Qualificações

• Advanced experience with TOTVS RM in Labore (Payroll), Chronus (Time) and Vitae (People Management).
• Specialization in RM Business Rules and developing Calculation Formulas.
• Proficiency with Metadata to extend RM data dictionary.
• Expertise in RM Reports and Output Generator for dynamic layouts and exports.
• Advanced SQL for RM databases (filters, joins, subqueries, etc.).
• Analytical and collaborative in dynamic environments.
• Hands-on Fluig platform experience (BPMN, custom forms, API integrations).
• Familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming logic for RM .NET routines.

• Develop and customize complex corporate reports using RM Reports and dynamic layouts.
• Design and structure layouts in Output Generator for exporting text files to banks and partners.
• Write, optimize and analyze advanced SQL queries for data diagnostics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Work on the development, customization and evolution of system solutions within the TOTVS RM ecosystem, focusing on advanced support and creation of new functionalities for the People Management modules (Labore, Chronus and Vitae)
• Develop, debug and audit complex Calculation Formulas, translating critical business rules (such as collective agreements, vacation/13th salary averages, taxation and social contributions, and complex electronic timekeeping parameterizations) into precise system logic
• Create and maintain structured Visual Formulas, configuring triggers, activity flows and validations on system events to ensure process compliance and prevent operational inconsistencies
• Deliver complete projects using the Metadata framework to extend the RM system standard, covering modeling and creation in the data dictionary (tables/meta-fields), definition of persistence, and generation and customization of new forms
• Develop and customize complex corporate reports using RM Reports, building dynamic layouts, table joins, parameterized filters and high-impact management views
• Design and structure layouts in the Output Generator for exporting text files (TXT, CSV), configuring records, contexts, sections and expressions precisely for integration with banks and external partners
• Write, optimize and analyze advanced SQL queries for database diagnostics, indicator extraction, support for cube creation and ensuring logical performance in data traffic

Requirements

• Advanced experience with TOTVS RM: deep practical mastery of system configuration, development and logical architecture in the Labore (Payroll), Chronus (Time) and Vitae (People Management) modules
• Specialization in RM Business Rules: proven independent experience developing Calculation Formulas and designing validation flows using Visual Formulas
• Proficiency in Metadata: expertise in using Metadata to create new forms and structurally expand RM's data dictionary
• Expertise in RM Reports and Output Generator: solid ability to build complex reports from scratch in RM Reports and to structure dynamic integration layouts in the Output Generator
• Advanced SQL for Databases: mastery in writing and optimizing complex queries (filters, joins, subqueries, table unions) specifically oriented to the global and corporate table structures of the RM product line
• Analytical and Collaborative Profile: strong capability to diagnose complex logical problems and propose end-to-end solutions in dynamic environments
• Fluig (differential): hands‑on experience with the Fluig platform (BPMN process modeling, development of custom forms using HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and creation of datasets or consumption of integration APIs with RM)
• Familiarity or experience working in teams that use agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or scaled agile practices)
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming logic (concepts applied to advanced customizations or RM .NET routines)
