Jobtailor is seeking a IT/Business Systems Analyst to bridge Controllership, Finance and Billing with the technology team.

You will elicit and document requirements, translate them into technical specs, and support ERP solutions in the TOTVS Datasul ecosystem while ensuring system stability and performance.

Based in São Paulo, the role requires strong stakeholder management and an agile mindset to deliver business value.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience in IT and knowledge of TOTVS Datasul, Oracle database and Progress database.

Responsabilidades

Act as the link between business areas (Controllership, Finance and Billing) and the technology department.
Elicit, analyze and document requirements with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications.
Implement, support and version solutions within the TOTVS Datasul ecosystem.
Administer and enhance workflows and processes on the Fluig platform.
Ensure system stability, performance and availability in critical environments.
Support controllership and finance processes, including accounting closing and tax obligations in the Datasul ERP.
Prepare technical documentation, process flow diagrams, reports and executive presentations.
Propose continuous improvements and technological innovations to optimize processes.
Act consultatively with senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
Manage requests and priorities with a focus on delivering business value.
Work in an agile and adaptive manner in response to changes and new requirements.
