Kenvue is currently recruiting for a Data & Analytics Senior Auditor.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technology Audit and is based in Prague, Czech Republic; Sao Paulo, Brazil; or Bogota, Colombia.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; Sao Paulo, Brazil; or Bogota, Colombia

What you will do

The Data & Analytics Senior Auditor will enable digital capabilities within the audit function and promote adoption of the digital strategy. Responsibilities include upskilling the audit team, digitizing processes, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement GA&A’s digital strategy focusing on data and automation.
• Manage and maintain digital audit software for documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and process owners to design and implement data analytics and automation solutions.
• Drive digital upskilling within the audit team.
• Embed data analytics into the audit process and support ad hoc analytics.
• Leverage technical capabilities to automate manual processes.
• Support the integration of GenAI within audit processes.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in audit, data analytics, automation, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization, query/automation, or predictive tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R).
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership qualities and a self-starter attitude.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley, AICPA, PCAOB standards.
• Experience in consumer healthcare or CPG industry.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, CISA, CISM.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
