Uma empresa de serviços financeiros está em busca de um Analista de Dados freelance para um projeto de curto prazo. Você ajudará a equipe de consultoria a entender um aumento nos volumes de contato após o lançamento de um novo sistema, analisando dados multicanal e entregando insights acionáveis. O trabalho pode ser feito no local ou de forma híbrida, conforme necessário.

Qualificações

• Experiência em Python ou outra linguagem de análise de dados.
• Familiaridade com ferramentas da Microsoft como Power BI ou Data Factory é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

• Modelar e analisar dados comportamentais usando Databricks.
• Segmentar clientes e corretores para identificar grupos de usuários afetados.

We’re looking for a skilled freelance Data Analyst to support a short-term analytics project for a leading financial services client. This is a Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) contract, running for 2–3 weeks, with a flexible workload of 20–30 hours per week.

Location: Preferably on-site in São Paulo, though hybrid work can be arranged.

Help our consulting team understand a spike in customer and broker contact volumes following a new system launch. You’ll analyze multichannel usage (web, app, call center) to identify pain points and support actionable improvements.

• Model and analyze behavioral data using Databricks
• Segment clients and brokers to identify impacted user groups
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights to guide system or operational improvements
• Support documentation of findings and recommendations (non-client-facing)
• Strong experience with Databricks
• Proficient in Python (or another data analysis language)
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Power BI or Data Factory is a plus
• Experience in customer behaviour analytics
• Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) – candidates must operate through their own CNPJ and invoice for services
