About The Team/Role

You will be part of the CX Data & Insights team supporting community, retail, and inside sales programs, interacting with stakeholders worldwide to generate business impact.

The successful candidate must analyze complex datasets, conduct deep-dive analyses, identify key insights, and present findings to team and senior leadership to align analytics with strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Implement advanced analytical methods and tools to enhance data processes.
  • Develop automation to optimize reports and dashboards.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and alert the organization to opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years experience in data-driven insights roles (BI, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Strategic Planning, Consulting).
  • Bachelor's in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Ability to plan and execute work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for insights presentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python.
  • Fluent in English.
