The Customer Experience (CX) team plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring an outstanding experience for our users.

Become a strategic Business Partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and actionables that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of DiDi’s business in Latin America.

The successful candidate must be able to Analyze complex datasets, conduct broad and deep-dive analysis, identify key insights and present findings to team and senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics with strategic goals.

Preferred Background: Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial science, Computer science, Finance, Economics, and other affine disciplines

With 2-3 years experience in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Consulting)

Work planning and execution under limited guidance;

Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required: Excel, advanced SQL, Python
