WHAT YOU’LL DO
As part of the NPS Prism team, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations and client engagement by leveraging data and insights to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Bain practices, partners, and target industry teams to develop commercial approaches and refine our selling story in new markets.
- Data Analysis & Automation: Extract and analyze data, build dashboards, and automate recurring requests to enhance efficiency in commercial and client engagement activities.
- Insights Generation: Support the commercial team by analyzing Prism data across industries, identifying key trends, and translating them into actionable insights for clients.
- Data Validation & Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing and validating datasets and instruments used in NPS Prism.
- Client Support & Enablement: Assist in creating content for demos, client trainings, and sales materials to strengthen engagement and adoption.
- Excellence in Execution: Utilize advanced analytical tools to deliver zero-defect work and uphold high-quality standards across all tasks.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a data-driven and commercially savvy professional with:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer insights, primary market research, analytics, or a related field—preferably within a consulting firm, market research agency, or data provider.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced skills required).
- Experience in data tools-ETL (Alteryx, Python e SQL) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau and PowerBI)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Prior experience in similar primary research studies or design of such studies is preferred.
- Educational background in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
