About The Team/Role

The Customer Experience (CX) team plays a key role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring an outstanding user experience. The successful candidate will analyze complex datasets, conduct deep and broad analysis, identify key insights, and present findings to teams and leadership to align analytics with strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Implement advanced analytical methods and tools to improve data processes.
  • Develop automation to optimize report and dashboard efforts.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Monitor customer-centric KPIs and alert the organization to relevant developments and opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in data-driven insights roles (BI, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Strategic Planning, Consulting).
  • Ability to plan and execute work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python.
  • Fluent in English.
