Qualificações

About Torizon

Torizon is Toradex's industrial Linux platform designed for easy-to-use, secure, and efficient embedded system development and deployment. We help customers streamline the development of embedded Linux devices, improve remote management, and maintain long-term product reliability and security.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will act as a trusted advisor to our customers throughout their journey with Torizon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical understanding of embedded systems or software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding of new Torizon customers, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of the platform.

Understand customer goals and use cases to guide setup and best practices.

Conduct platform walkthroughs and help define key success metrics.

Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales technical and strategic inquiries.

Build strong, long-term relationships with engineering and product stakeholders.

Act as the customer’s advocate internally at Toradex, championing feature requests and issue resolution.

Product Adoption & Retention

Monitor product usage data and proactively engage customers to improve adoption.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales and product teams.

Conduct periodic business reviews to measure outcomes, ROI, and satisfaction.

Issue Resolution & Support Collaboration

Work closely with the support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.

Coordinate customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Torizon experience.

Content & Community Contribution

Assist in creating customer-facing content such as onboarding materials, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles.

Support webinars, workshops, and community initiatives to grow the Torizon user base.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering role—preferably in embedded software, DevOps platforms, or industrial IoT.

Solid understanding of embedded Linux environments, device deployment pipelines, or container-based systems (e.g., Docker).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools, OTA updates, and device fleet management is a strong plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Highly organized with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.

Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German) are a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience working in a SaaS or subscription-based product model.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems.

Prior involvement in product-led growth initiatives or developer experience programs.
