We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to work with our SaaS portfolio customers. In this role, you will be an instrumental player in ensuring successful planning and coordination of the Covantis implementation, driving adoption of the platform across the agriculture trade markets, ensuring client satisfaction post go-live, and that our customers reach their goals and have strong, trusting relationship with Covantis.
As a top priority, the CSS will focus on implementing the right measure that will enable the clients to use Covantis capabilities to the fullest. For existing clients, you will need to further drive these implementation projects as we expand our offering to new geographies and deliver new platform features. It is important that you manage and educate the user communities through presentations, stakeholder engagement calls, and knowledge base development.
The CSS will also be responsible for providing transparency within the organization around market feedback and adoption statistics. It is important that you are data driven in your approach and can develop reports and presentations. Additionally, it is important that you work well with people from different cultures and backgrounds as you will be regularly exposed to members from different nationalities and geographies.
Position Summary:Customer Success
• Once the client contract is signed you will be onboarding the client team onto Covantis through a mix of trainings and support during dedicated testing and hyper care phases.
• After onboarding, you will continue maintaining the relationship at an operational level with key users and managers to gather feedback, remove blockers, and educate them on future platform developments.
• You will become a platform and industry expert, with the ability to lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and highlight value added features to the overall user community.
Ensure users are knowledgeable of all current and future platform capabilities through presentations and knowledge base article/tutorial development and maintenance.
Be a strong team player through cross team collaboration within the product, commercial and technical teams and drive a sense of urgency for customer requests.
• Act as an expert for the Customer support team regarding Covantis product and the trade execution process.
• You will contribute to growing and upselling the client business by onboarding additional teams, legal entities that would use the platform for new commodities and/or new markets and/or in additional roles.
• You will be responsible for developing and running presentations and demos, answering product questions, addressing product objections with the final objective to upsell Covantis platform to existing clients.
• You will need to measure and track client satisfaction to reduce customer churn.
• You will drive the development of user communities to further drive engagement across the ecosystem.
Digital Adoption
• As the platform matures in capabilities you will help the clients formulate their business needs by mapping out customer business processes and leverage Covantis offering to improve those processes.
• You will manage and drive these consultancy projects across the client’s base.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy for Covantis feature adoption.
Experience
• At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Management and/or digital adoption, customer service, account management or consulting within the Commodities trade space.
• Experience in knowledge base/tutorial creation, management and enhancing customer trainings.
Skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish are a must.
• Highly skilled in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, including setting up and manipulating new documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of agriculture commodities markets and trade execution process is a strong asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer and business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Experience of managing in large and complex organizations is a plus.
• Ability to develop strong customer relationship and work with member of multinationals, including people from different cultures and geographies.
• Self-driven and proactive in nature, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to the overall strategy.
• Ability to plan, structure and prioritize work and projects for self and others to achieve objectives within deadlines.
• Desire and ability to grow and shift skills and aptitude as solutions evolve.
• A commitment to respond to customer needs, proactively manage expectations and deliver services to meet requirements.
• Ability to run effective demos, trainings, while being able to answer product objections and other specific questions.
• Knowledge of customer success and product rollout processes is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to advise, negotiate, persuade, and influence users to drive adoption.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and engagement skills – both written and oral.
• Passionate about learning about new commodities, markets, features etc.
Education
• Bachelor or Masters in Business Management, Management Information Systems, Agriculture Sciences or Commodities Trading.
